Changed my life…smoked salmon on salmon with prawns – the best 3 things around! Super quick and easy as usual and a great one to make more of and have for lunch the next day.
4 salmon fillets
100g smoked salmon
400g king prawns
200g pak choi
400g green beans
Chives, salt, pepper, lemon, garlic clove, tbsp olive oil
Half slice the potatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper and whack in the oven on 180 degrees.
Cover the salmon fillets with the smoked salmon and put in an oven proof dish with lemon juice, chives, salt and pepper.
After the potatoes have been in for 25 mins put the salmon in too.
With 10 mins to go, pan fry the prawns with lemon juice, garlic and chilli and steam the greens
